Applicability
Limited Warranty Period
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase as stated on your proof-of-purchase and expires at the end of the period indicated below:
Multipurpose Batteries: 10 years
Remedies
If during the warranty period, a hardware defect is found, VoltGo will either a) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts or b) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
The purchaser will not be charged (whether for parts, labor or otherwise) for the repair or replacement of a defective product during the warranty period.
VoltGo reserves the right to retain all defective parts or equipment returned to them.
Exclusions

Products used in commercial or industrial applications

Damage caused by improper power supplies

Damage from external influences

Damage caused by the use of non-approved products or accessories

Damage caused by use outside the permitted or intended uses described in the user manual
- Products damaged by acts of nature, including lightning strikes, tornadoes, floods, fire, earthquakes, and other natural disasters

We will reply and let you know the best course of action. If a warranty return is authorized, please try to locate your battery's original packaging or other packaging providing equivalent protection.
