Applicability
Unless otherwise stated in your product's manual, the following warranty policy applies to all batteries sold on voltgopower.com purchased within the USA.
Limited Warranty Period

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase as stated on your proof-of-purchase and expires at the end of the period indicated below:

Multipurpose Batteries: 10 years

 Remedies

If during the warranty period, a hardware defect is found, VoltGo will either a) repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts or b) replace the product with a new or refurbished product.

The purchaser will not be charged (whether for parts, labor or otherwise) for the repair or replacement of a defective product during the warranty period.

VoltGo reserves the right to retain all defective parts or equipment returned to them.

Exclusions
Please read the product manual carefully before installing and using your battery.
The warranty does not cover failures resulting from improper handling, unapproved product modifications, incorrect installation, or deliberate damage. The warranty also does not cover products that have not been installed, used or maintained according to the guidelines given in the product's manual.
VoltGo's Limited Warranty does not cover:
  • Products used in commercial or industrial applications
  • Damage caused by improper power supplies
  • Damage from external influences
  • Damage caused by the use of non-approved products or accessories
  • Damage caused by use outside the permitted or intended uses described in the user manual
  • Products damaged by acts of nature, including lightning strikes, tornadoes, floods, fire, earthquakes, and other natural disasters
Obtaining Warranty Service
To request warranty service on a VoltGo product, please contact our customer support team at sales@voltgopower.com and provide:
  • Your name
  • Email and Phone Number
  • Original Invoice or Receipt, indicating the date of purchase, dealer name, and model number of the product
  • A description of what you believe is wrong with your product that falls under its warranty protection

We will reply and let you know the best course of action. If a warranty return is authorized, please try to locate your battery's original packaging or other packaging providing equivalent protection.
