After you have placed your order at voltgopower.com, you will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order.

Order Processing time: 1-2 business days

Delivery time: 1-7 business days

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days after your order is confirmed. Depending on your proximity to our warehouses, your order will take between 1 and 7 business days to arrive.

Our retail price includes ground shipping to the continental USA with FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is available at additional cost, and can be provided upon request. All orders are shipped with signature confirmation, to ensure your battery reaches its final destination.

Bulk Orders

Arranging a bulk order may take an additional 1-2 business days to process and schedule a pickup. Our shipping department will use their discretion whether to ship via ground or freight service for large orders.

Freight transit times will vary depending on location, availability of logistics warehouses, drivers, and environmental factors. Rural, residential, or isolated locations may take an extra 2 business days for delivery. Customers must also specify if they need liftgate delivery in order to unload products from the truck. Additional rates apply for extra services beyond general freight delivery.

Customs and Import Fees
All orders ship from the USA, so American customers need not worry about any customs or import fees. If an order is sent to countries outside the USA, customs and import fees may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs agency for more information before placing an order.
Tracking Orders

When your order ships, a shipment notification with tracking information will be automatically sent by email so that you can track your package.

Incorrect Information / Unsuccessful Delivery

Please double-check your order information. If you give incorrect information during the check-out process, we cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost or delayed.
