We stand by our products and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your battery purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the item is new, unused, and in the original packaging. We will refund the full price you paid minus the original delivery shipping fees. See below for instructions on how to start the RMA process.

Please understand that items that have been installed, used, or no longer include the original packaging are no longer covered by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, unless the product is found to be defective.
Return Shipping

You are responsible for setting up and paying for return shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during your return shipment, therefore we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.

Refunds

When applicable, refunds will be given via the same method (Credit Card, Paypal, etc.) that was originally used to make the purchase.

You will receive your refund within 72 hours of us receiving your product.

Faulty/Defective Items

While we carry out extensive testing on all products prior to sale, sometimes defects can still arise. If you believe your product is defective, please contact customer service at sales@voltgopower.com for help diagnosing the issue. If the product is found to be defective, they can assist you in initiating the RMA process.

How do I return my items?

For products covered by our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, You have 30 days to start the returns process from the moment you receive the item. To submit a return request, please download our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and submit it by email to sales@voltgopower.com. Once your request has been processed, our customer service team will contact you by email with your RMA number.

You are responsible for all shipping charges for returns not covered by your product warranty. Once we receive and process your return, a refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued based on the particulars of your return.

  • We do not charge any extra fees for returns if the batteries are found to be defective.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs if the product is in good working order.
  • Items from different orders cannot be returned in the same package
  • For safety reasons, please don't return any damaged goods unless you're instructed to by a member of our support team. Doing so may delay the resolution of your issue.
  • Lithium batteries have specific government-mandated shipping requirements. Suitable packaging can be obtained at your local package delivery service.
