VoltGo batteries do not support serial connections but can be connected in parallel to increase capacity.
A VoltGo Stackable battery setup is able to be flexibly upgraded to 16 batteries connected in parallel.
Up to 15 VoltGo RV batteries can be connected in parallel, though we don't recommend exceeding 4.
The charging time depends on the charging source. You can calculate the charging time using the following equation:
Charging Time (h) = Battery Capacity (Ah) ÷ Charging Current (A)
For example, if you are using a 20A battery charger to charge your 100Ah battery, it would charge your battery with 20Ah every hour, and thus take 5 (100Ah ÷ 20A) hours to fully charge.
If you have any further questions about charging, please feel free to contact us.
No. LiFePo₄ and LFP both stand for lithium iron phosphate, sometimes also written as lithium ferro-phosphate. This is the material that makes up the cathode in all batteries that we produce.
If your charger's specifications are in line with your VoltGo battery's charging voltage/current specifications, it can safely be used. Please refer to your battery's operating specifications, available on the product page for your VoltGo battery.
VoltGo's 8-year warranty covers 6000 cycles (0.5C@25°C, 80% DOD)
No. VoltGo batteries are intended as drop-in replacements in existing electric systems, so they do not ship with a charger.
No. To connect to each other, batteries must be the same capacity(Ah) and voltage(V). We also cannot recommend connecting VoltGo batteries to other types or brands of batteries.
For best results, we recommend storing VoltGo batteries at a 50% SOC, and recharging them every 3 months to ensure they don't discharge completely. They should also be stored in a fireproof container, and at a temperature between 10 and 35°C (50-95°F)
VoltGo batteries use only the highest quality and most stable components, starting with the LiFePO₄ cathode which forms the basis of all our products. Our intelligent Battery Management System (BMS) protects our battery cells from the most common causes of battery failure, including short circuits and excessively high or low voltage, current and/or temperature fluctuations. Each battery assembled at our modern manufacturing facilities undergoes rigorous testing to ensure performance is as designed. We are continuously researching new technology to make our batteries more efficient, reliable, and safer.
The advanced materials and manufacturing processes that go into creating our LiFePO₄ batteries necessitate a higher upfront cost than traditional lead acid batteries. However, when you factor in our batteries' superior performance and extended lifespan, LiFePO₄ batteries may end up saving you a lot of time and money. VoltGo customers can expect to use their batteries for 6000 cycles and up to 15 years.
Orders and Shipping
You will receive your tracking number by email when your order ships.
Orders shipped to addresses in the US usually take between 1 and 7 working days to arrive.
We apologize, but for the time being, we can only ship orders made through voltgopower.com to US addresses. If you are not in the US and would like to make an order, please send us an email and we will see if we can accommodate your order.
After Sales Support
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of your order being confirmed. Once shipped, the tracking number will be automatically emailed to you.
Please call the package delivery company (FedEx, UPS, DHL) to confirm that the package was delivered and the address was correct. Check with your neighbors in case it might have been delivered incorrectly. If your package still cannot be located, please contact us for assistance.
All batteries are carefully tested before they're packaged for sale. However, sometimes the batteries may be damaged due to improper handling during shipping. If you believe this to be the case, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your battery, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order as long as it is new, unused and in the original packaging. We will refund the full price you paid minus shipping fees.
You are responsible for the return shipping. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during your return shipment, therefore we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
Whenever sending lithium batteries, DOT and FAA regulations require that the packaging be specially marked as such, and contain static-free wrapping material. Suitable packaging is available from your local UPS or Fedex office.
